Sacred Dance Workshop

Rekindle beauty and inspiration as medicine in this unique dance workshop. We will use meditation, journaling, dance and movement to call this aspect of Source back to us. We will close our time together with dance healing magic.

Open to all levels of experience, all genders and body types. This is a sacred space to reconnect with your body through meditative movement.
