Each time we meet the cost is $54.00. The total for the course including material is $270. You can pay for each module as we meet or pay for the entire course upfront. This course is not a certification in Ayurveda and not eligible for any medical or diagnosis or a patient. This is a study for you as an individual to incorporate some of the balance that the science brings naturally to our lives.
COURSE OUTLINE
Through an exploration of the basic language and principles of Āyurveda, you will learn to promote wellness through a variety of Ayurvedic inspired practices and further understand this ancient science by applying the knowledge into your life.
The course introduces Ayurveda’s unique system of describing and classifying the various divisions of the body’s innate intelligence, called the 3 Doshas–Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The focus on the principles of this ancient approach, will allow you to explore diet, herbs, food, and other natural lifestyle recommendations of Ayurveda.
